3. Use of the app
3.1 The user undertakes to use the Orpad application exclusively for lawful purposes.
3.2. It is forbidden to use the application to distribute malware, spam or other illegal activities.
4. Collection and use of data
4.1 The application collects the following data: User's actions in the application, errors, system and hardware characteristics.
4.2 The data is collected in order to improve the quality of the application and its functions.
4.3. The data may be transferred to third parties such as OpenAI, Google, Sber, Yandex in order to ensure the operation of their AI services.
5. Liability
5.1 The owner is not responsible for any possible losses caused by the use or inability to use the application.
5.2. The owner is not responsible for the content, quality and reliability of AI services provided by third-party services.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1 The User has the right to use the application free of charge in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
6.2. Owner has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.
6.3. Continued use of the application after changes to the Agreement shall be deemed the User's consent to such changes.
7. Final provisions
7.1 This Agreement shall come into force from the moment the User installs the application.
7.2. If any provision of this Agreement is recognized as invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
7.3 All matters not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by applicable law.
